Manager

Bill entered duty at the Boston General Mail Facility (GMF) in 1984. He served there as a shop steward, chief steward, arbitration advocate and was elected Recording Secretary for Local 301 (which covers all of the New England states) in 1990. Bill came to the National Office as a Contract Administration Department Representative in 1993, and was quickly appointed to his present position as Manager of that department, which has oversight over all contractual matters at the National Office and all Regional Offices. In addition to numerous other duties, he is the NPMHU chief spokesperson on the RI-399 National Dispute Resolution Committee, and was an active participant in the last five rounds of collective bargaining with the postal service, and at all national level arbitration proceedings.
