On November 4, 2021, the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) released the COVID-19 Vaccination & Testing Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) which requires all employers with 100+ employees to ensure their employees are vaccinated by January 4, 2022, or require their unvaccinated employees to produce a negative test on at least a once a week basis. The COVID-19 Vaccination & Testing Emergency Temporary Standard does apply to the Postal Service. The NPMHU is reviewing the ETS and its impact on Postal Service employees.
