It is with regret and sorrow that the National Union announces the passing of Local 301 retired mail handler, Roy DePalma. He passed due to COVID-19 on May 1, 2020. Brother DePalma retired in 2019 after 34 years of service to the Unites States Postal Service. Roy was a member of Branch 18 in Providence, RI. He was affectionately referred to by his Brothers & Sisters with the nickname "Boy Roy". Please watch local sources for funeral arrangement details.
