Dear Brothers and Sisters,

This year proved something we already know- solidarity works. Across the United States and Canada, LIUNA members built the projects that keep communities moving and power our future. Through Laborers Rising, we brought more workers into the union, served our communities, and connected more meaningfully with our LIUNA brothers and sisters. We fought for good jobs, stronger benefits, and real protections, scoring historic wins that put working families first.

None of this happened by accident. It happened because you showed up, stuck together, and refused to back down.

 As we head into 2026, the mission is clear- organize and grow. MARCH TO ONE MILLION. We keep our focus on justice, dignity, and opportunity for every Laborer. The work ahead is tough, but so is our union, and we are just getting started.

Thank you for being the backbone of this union and for making LIUNA’s power felt every day.
